  1. Head of Global Compliance and Trust & Safety

    Medal

    Lead compliance and Trust & Safety for high-volume UGC platforms: AI-assisted moderation, privacy (GDPR, CCPA, DSA), youth safety, CSAM escalations with NCMEC and law enforcement, and AI vendor governance.

  2. Program Manager and Safety Manager, Trust & Safety

    Medal

    Built the foundational Trust & Safety programs for a gaming platform handling millions of uploads a day: Community Standards, enforcement guidance, escalation workflows and the company's partnership with NCMEC. Led a user reputation system from zero to one.

  3. Program Manager, Community Operations

    Medal

    Built Medal's first Trust & Safety team, alongside its community, social and support functions. Wrote the Community Standards and enforcement playbooks from scratch and cut policy-violating content by half.

  4. Trust & Safety Team Lead, then Supervisor

    Led three content moderation teams of up to 60 people and sent urgent policy guidance across a site of more than 300 moderators.
